Margaret Doyle is the immediate past president of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers
and has been a member or the Board of Directors for more than 10 years. She has
been very active in the personal injury arena and was the co-chair of the 2004
Consumer Attorney of California seminar. In 2000, she was named in the
Sacramento Lawyer Magazine as one of the top ten personal injury attorneys in
Sacramento. She is a graduate of the Lorenzo Patino School of Law (1987) and has
been practicing personal injury in the Sacramento area since 1987. She is a
member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and handles fee arbitrations and
disputes for the Sacramento County Bar. In addition, she serves as a Judge
Pro-tempore for both Sacramento County and Placer County. Ms. Doyle has served
as an adjunct professor of law for both the Lorenzo Patino School of Law and
Northwest California University School of Law.

DANIEL G. O'DONNELL

Daniel G. O’Donnell is a 1987 graduate of UC Davis. In 1991, he graduated of
McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted into practice on December 17, 1991. Mr.
O’Donnell is a Board Member of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and
the Sacramento County Bar Association. He is also a Member of the Yolo County
Bar Association and the California Employee Lawyers Association. Mr. O’Donnell
serves a Pro Tem Judge for El Dorado County Superior Court and Sacramento County
Small Claims Court. He has had verdicts published in Jury Verdicts and case
settlements published in newspapers, including the Sacramento Bee. In addition
to his law practice, Mr. O’Donnell is an Adjunct Professor for the Los Rios
Community College District. |
